A digital twin tool was developed to be used to realistically visualize lighting scenarios in urban forest environments under different weather conditions, as well as visualize data collected in the various studies. The developed digital twin has been tested not only as research tool, but also in educational and training contexts in collaboration with the other participating research teams. The site-specific digital twin tools was developed to be user-friendly working on individual laptops and desktops and incorporate aspects from gaming, photometric lighting calculation and visualization; it overall supported the testing of lighting scenarios and visualization of research outcomes.
